Today, I would like to challenge you. Go about with your entire day and observe what things you often do. Take note of that one action or habit that you think you always (or almost always) do every day. Does this act make a lot of sense to you? Do you see yourself achieving (or failing) at something because of it?

Let me tell you through this video that even a small act that we constantly do can make a huge change in our lives. If you love reading books or listening to audios, and as you make it a habit, you’ll see how much of that knowledge can get you far or can open up opportunities for you. This may also go with your persistence to exercise, or cleaning the house, or just about everything you do. And these habits – good or bad – will surely bear fruit in the long run.
